何したい？What do you want to do?

私にとって、医療現場で働くということは　一番の幸せなる時間です。

Being at the hospital is the happiest time for me.

日本に帰った時に看護婦として働いていた時もそうですが、

また、今アメリカで研修生として病院研修を行う時もそうですが、
本当にまったくといっていいほどあきないし、疲れません。

I never got tired of working as a nurse when I was in Japan and never get bored when I am doing internship at hospital here in Fl as well.

病院は私にとって幸せな時間です。

Hospital just makes me so joyful.

そして、私自身が一番　”人に優しくできる時間”なんです。

Also this is the time I can be the most kind to people :b

一人ひとり与えられた賜物は違います。

Each of us is given a different kind of gift.

もし、私に学校の先生をしてくださいと言われ、強制されて行ったら、私は医療現場で楽しく仕事をしているのと同じくらい喜びをもって行えないと思います。

If somebody ask me to be a school teacher and forced me to do so, I would not be able to be joyful as much as I can be at hospital.

だから医療だけがすべてではないのですが、何を言いたいかというと、自分がどんなことをこれからしたいかと悩んでいる人がいたら、この聖句を思い出して欲しいと思います。

Therefore, I do not mean that the hospital work is not the only one that we should work for.

What I want to say, however, is I want to encourage people who is seeking for something to do in the future to read this scripture from the bible.


私たちは神の作品であって、良い行いをするためにキリスト　イエスにあって造られたのです。神は、私たちが良い行いに歩むように、その良い行いをもあらかじめ備えてくださったのです。
エペソ２：１０

10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Ephesians2:10


神様は、私たちがもともと　”良い行いをする”ように造られました。

We are created to do good works in Christ.

だから、神様を知っている人も知らない人も、おのずと何か悪いことをしたら罪意識を感じるのは、
私たちは”良い行いができる持ち主”にデザインされているのです。

Therefore, no matter if you are Christian or not, we feel guilty if we do something wrong since we are designed as a man who can do good works.

社会にでたとき、ただただ自分の稼ぎのため、または名誉を獲得するためなどだけに焦点をおいていたら、必ずつまずきを生じます。

If we work only to seek for money, fames or our own benefit, we will stumble somehow eventually.

この社会は　さまざまなギフト（能力）を与えられた人々が集まり、様々な分野で人が用いられて管理されているようになっているからです。

This society is organized by people who have different talent or ability in various area.

働きにはいろいろの種類がありますが、神はすべての人の中ですべての働きをなさる同じ神です。
しかし、みなの益となるためには、おのおのに御霊の表れが与えられているのです。
コリント１　１２：６－７

There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.
Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

1 Corinthians 12:6-7


どんな仕事でも良いと思います。

Any kind of job is good.

ただ、良いことができるように神様によってデザインされている私たちなので、
仕事はいろいろ大変です。

We just need to remember that we are designed to do good works by God.

Work is hard for us to do.

時に、求められる責任が大きすぎて怖いと前向きに仕事を捉えていくことができない人もいるかも知れません。

Sometimes we are afraid of teh responsibilities from the work and not be able to think about job positively.

でも、仕事が大変とか、責任が重過ぎるという理由であきらめないで欲しいと思います。

I would like to encourage you not to give up thinking the posibilities because of the pressure or nervousness.
主はいいます。

だれでも、自分の利益を求めないで、他人の利益を心がけなさい。
コリント１　１０：２４

The Lord says,

Nobody should seek his own good, but the good of others.

1 Corinthians 10:24



目線をかえてみよう！ take a view from the different angle.

今私がしている勉強も、また仕事も自分のただただ自分が”それしたいから”って思いだけで行っていたら続けることはできません。

If I am doing this study or work because I think I just want to do, I would not be able to manage everything.

でも、この小さな働きによって一人でも、二人でも”助かった””良かった”と喜んでくれる。
だから、頑張ろうって思える。

Now I change the view of my work and see even a little voice from patients.

"Thank you for your help. " "I needed your help."

I can confirm what I am doing is right.

神様の法則は確かに当てはまっている。

We can tell that God principle is also absolutely right.

さらに、神様はものすごく優しいです。

Moreover, I can share how sweet our God is!!

私の知っている神様はただただむちをうって、働きなさい！っと命令する神ではないんです。

He is not the one who just forces us to do while pushing us hard from behind and comands us.

（略）神は真実な方ですから、あなたがたを耐えることのできないような試練に合わせるようなことはなさいません。むしろ、耐えることができるように、試練とともに、脱出の道も備えてくださいます。
コリント１　１０：１３

And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

1 Corinthians 10:13

だから、私たちは無理なく成長できます：D

So we can grow without making ourselves work hard!!
